Data controller

Studio Draion, Via Giuseppe Ravizza 22b, 56121 Pisa, Italy, VAT IT02302530502. For any question about your data, write to draion@draion.it.

What data we process

Browsing data. Like every web server, the one hosting this website automatically records some technical information about each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, outcome, browser type. We use it only to run the website, keep it secure and detect any abuse. We do not use it to profile you and we keep it for at most 6 months, unless it is needed to investigate an offence.

Data you send us. If you write to us, including through the form on the Contact page, we process the data you give us (name, company, email, phone, message) only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare an offer. The form sends nothing to the website: it prepares an email in your own email program, and you decide whether to send it.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • Replying to your requests and handling any negotiations: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b).
  • Security and operation of the website: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

Cookies and external services

The website uses no cookies and loads nothing from other websites: fonts and images are on our server. The links to LinkedIn and Google Maps open external websites, which have their own notices. More details on the Cookies page.

Who can see the data

Only the Studio Draion staff who deal with it and the suppliers who run the server and the email service on our behalf, appointed as data processors. We do not sell or transfer your data.

For how long

Browsing data for at most 6 months. Correspondence for the time needed to reply and follow up the request; if a business relationship arises, for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You may at any time ask us to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to it or receive it in a readable format (Articles 15–22 of the Regulation). Just write to draion@draion.it. If you believe the processing is not lawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
